Next, we will conduct direct telephone interviews of targeted candidates in order to obtain a comprehensive listing of the talent within a specified group or a department. Next, we will develop the researched names into fully qualified candidates by prescreening the top candidates, checking references, and measuring their fit to the opportunity. WayPoint takes ownership of the process by managing the interview scheduling process from beginning to end.
