Prospect ID – Fee for service Identification: original research and direct telephone inquiries to accurately identify appropriate talent: names, titles, reporting relationships and direct dial telephone numbers from target companies/groups, including number of people managed/size groups, per client's position description and responsibilities
Initial Candidate Development- Fee for service: telephone qualifying for current/future hiring as well as sourcing for additional qualified talent;
Competitive Intelligence - Fee for service: organizational and/or market data that can be used for benchmarking or candidate pre-search
Fee for Service – Hourly rate fee based on the projects deliverable
Retained Search: A full commitment of dedicated resources designed to fill a position in a short and specified period of time.
Contingency Search: Designed to fulfill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings, not requiring full payment unless we fill the position.
Project Search: A recruiting project team is created to find a number of candidates with similar profiles.
